Our dedicated team of pastoral carers and chaplains serves both within the church and out in the community, reflecting the heart of Jesus by meeting people where they are—with empathy, integrity, and the hope of the Gospel.
This ministry reaches beyond the walls of the church—into everyday routines, moments of crisis, and times of transition. Whether it’s a quiet conversation, a hospital visit, or a helping hand in a time of need, we’re here to walk with you—with grace, wisdom, and a Spirit-led heart.

- Ministering within correctional facilities, supporting those in vulnerable situations and offering pathways toward healing and rehabilitation

Elder S. Stephen Ngoneh
Certified Chaplain | Community Support & Pastoral Care
Elder Stephen Ngoneh is a certified chaplain, accredited by Chaplaincy Australia since 2017, with a Certificate in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care. With over eight years of hands-on chaplaincy experience across Australia, he serves faithfully in both community and correctional environments.
His ministry is marked by compassion, presence, and a deep commitment to pastoral care. Elder Stephen offers practical and spiritual support to people in everyday community settings—bringing light and encouragement wherever he goes.
Through his chaplaincy, he is actively involved in:
- Engaging with individuals in everyday activities like sports, playgroups, ESL classes, walking groups, and court support
- Listening with empathy and offering encouragement with a non-judgemental heart
- Sharing the Gospel in meaningful and appropriate ways
- Providing spiritual resources to meet individual and community needs
- Supporting rehabilitation efforts, particularly among those in correctional settings experiencing vulnerability
Stephen carries an active faith, remaining deeply connected to the life and mission of the local church. His ministry reflects the heart of Christ—offering hope, healing, and restoration to all he encounters.
